Speaking
Jim and Carol are available to speak at couples’ retreats (such as “Marriage to the Max”), and men’s or women’s retreats. Have a special event for couples (like a Valentine’s Day banquet?), men, women, or even your church body? They would be delighted to have a part! Jim is also available to do some pulpit supply and Carol enjoys doing an occasional dramatic monologue.
“Marriage to the Max” Retreat/Seminar
Four sessions, each about 1 hour long. Some of the topics covered include:
- Man’s perspective on marriage
- God’s perspective on marriage
- Loving/respecting our spouse
- Longings of our spouse
- Effective communication
Counseling
With over 30 years of providing counseling from a Biblical perspective, Jim is equipped to address various difficulties ministry leaders face in life and ministry. Together with Jim, Carol’s insight and support is valued by the women or couples they serve.
Consulting
All too often, unresolved relational issues cause havoc in churches. Jim and Carol have served ministry leaders since 2000 and understand the painful dynamics that can erupt in churches or ministry life. Jim knows first hand regarding these realities through his own pastoral work and consulting roles. If your church needs help navigating through relational challenges, Jim is available to provide your church family and/or leadership renewed perspective and resolution.
