Pastors and their families: Jim and Carol have over 18 years of experience working with ministry leaders. They offer perspective, encouragement, and insight regarding marital and parenting concerns, as well as being available to address a wide array of ministry-related concerns.
Church leaders: Sometimes church leaders face conflict with each other, the pastor, or those within the body of believers. Sometimes they need help figuring out “where to from here?” Jim loves to come alongside, providing guidance and perspective, as well as helping resolve conflict.
